Please join us on Sunday September 13th at 1:30 pm sharp to walk for World Suicide Prevention Day. The walk gets underway at Victoria Park in Halifax across from the Public Gardens on the corner of South Park Street and Spring Garden Road and ends at Grand Parade in City Hall.
There will be refreshments and a guest speaker, as well as info tables with displays by community based organizations.
Important note: The 2009 Walk time has been changed to the afternoon - tentatively! The time could change...please check back for confirmation that the start time WILL be at 1:30 pm. Suicide prevention is everybody's business. Please feel free to forward this invitation to your friends, family and colleagues. See you there!
